Advertisements in Safari stop Music now?

Why is it that when I am in Safari an ad stops playing my music to play the audio from an ad? After I am done on the webpage, I have to go back to Music and select the music I was listening to, then back to Safari. Control Center just brings up the Safari ad audio.

stuff like this is why I use content blockers, not because the ads are annoying, but because they are getting more and more intrusive.
