[Advice] Buying Retina Macbook Pro

I am going to be in college next September, and plan on buying a fully-spec'd out 15 inch R-MBP.

However, I am unsure if I should do so now or wait - will there likely be any meaningful refresh of the laptop line before next September?

PS. How much would a 13 inch, mid-2012, i7, 8GB RAM, 256GB MBA sell for? (Flawless condition)
