So, I like to have a fresh install of my OS when a new one comes out because I often find that after 18 months of abuse, a lot of stuff gets cluttered up. Ive got a full Time Capsule backup of my drive, but Im making a manual backup of individual items so that I can bring them across when Im ready. (I like to take advantage of the situation and anything that I dont need can stay on the external drive.)
Anyway so Ive got the obvious things like my Home folder (minus Library) and a few bits out of Application Support, plus a few odds and ends lying around the Applications folder (MAMP Im aware of the upgrade to Lion and 2.0).
So any other tips for things to backup? Ive got my Mail, and Im a MobileMe user so Ive got all that jazz too.
