So, I like to have a fresh install of my OS when a new one comes out because I often find that after 18 months of abuse, a lot of stuff gets cluttered up. I’ve got a full Time Capsule backup of my drive, but I’m making a manual backup of individual items so that I can bring them across when I’m ready. (I like to take advantage of the situation and anything that I don’t need can stay on the external drive.)

Anyway so I’ve got the obvious things like my Home folder (minus Library) and a few bits out of Application Support, plus a few odds and ends lying around the Applications folder (MAMP – I’m aware of the upgrade to Lion and 2.0).

So any other tips for things to backup? I’ve got my Mail, and I’m a MobileMe user so I’ve got all that jazz too.
