I've made up my mind to start an iPhone development company. I have the skills and the people to make good apps, but I lack experience in the business starting area. Any advice you all might have would be greatly appreciated.

You should start off by working for somebody else. Running a business is not as easy as one might think, and most are doom from the start.

edit: Or just aim low and work out of basement like most start-up's do.

I do work for someone else right now. In fact, I've been developing for over eight years now. Unfortunately, most of that experience has been in the realm of building an shipping applications, not managing the business that sells them. ;)
