Hi Guys, I know this may not be the right place to ask as this is mainly a window server question. But i just hope that some kind techie senior here will give abit of advice regarding if it's worth upgrading my office server which is already 5 years old.

Will the spec below show much upgrade offered shown significant improve in performances ?

And is it advisable to change the 7200rpm hardisk from the new server to SSD ....i heard from some source that if SSD is corrupted or should it crash. The data are none retrievable as there's not enough expert currently in the market that can retrieve data from ssd hardisk. How true is that ?
