I am thinking about making an iPad app. I have an idea for something that has not yet been done and I would like to put it out. The problem is I have not ever done much programing (last time was high school ~10 years ago).

Basically my app would have two parts a code part and a content part. I would need a few people to develop the content and one maybe two for the code. My problem is that I don't want to hire someone to develop the app and then walk off with it before it is complete. Does anyone have any ideas about how this can I can keep control of this project? Also does anyone have any general tips for developing apps. All are appreciated? Finally does anyone know how the apple developer program would work in this case? Do I need to purchase multiple licenses or is one sufficient?

Thanks
