Apologies if there's an existing thread....

I was wondering if anyone had experience (good or bad) with selling stock photography online. (i.e. Shutterstock, Dreamstime, etc). Curious if anyone had a recommendation for a service, does and don'ts...

Thanks in advance for your help.

I just signed up for istockphoto and dreamstine. I will let you know how it goes. I am not expecting to make a lot of money off of it but hopefully it will work out well.

Thanks. I'm looking to turn a hobby into some walking around money. I'm not expecting much, just enough to offset buying a new filter or accessory.

I buy a lot of stock photos and find it hard to find natural "facebook" style photos or artistic photos of people. Everything look like its from the same exact photographer who like things to be generic, sterile and staged. Nobody creates edgy stock photos that look different.

"stock photo" has become a style that people can easily spot as a stock photo, which is exactly what I dont want to buy, dont do the stock photo style
