advice for tomorrow

I am selling my touch tomorrow in order to get an iphone. The problem is I refuse to use AT&T's service. Should I:
A) Sell my ipod and buy an iPhone, jailbreak it and use it as if it was an ipod until i can buy a hardware unlock?
or-
B) Buy a used iPhone on Craigslist?

Doesn't sound like you need the phone capabilities, so why do you need an iphone? The touch can do everything the iphone can, save for the phone, via jailbreaking and/or 3rd party websites.

go buy the iphone and turbosim it if you dont want to be on at&t . if you dont want to spend the extra cash on turbosim either stick with your ipod touch or learn that the iphone is a beautiful thing and you cant live without it
