I use imovie and sometimes final cut express to share videos on youtube. what I havent mastered yet is the perfect compression settings to use when it comes to importing videos and getting them to look great on youtube. I've seen stuff on there that looks great and then theres really poor quality stuff, has anyone got the perfect settings ?

right now, i just go with the mpeg4-improved settings inside imovie, i dont tweak at them.

Personally i always output in uncompressed format and use Sorenson Squeeze to convert it to 1Mbs Quicktime. you can downlaod a 30day copy of Sorenson and it's seriously easy to play with .
