Advice: Is this sleeve any good?

I just bought my MacBook since I will be going on a study abroad trip for 3 1/2 months aboard a cruise ship.

I was wondering if anyone could help me out and let me know if this sleeve is sufficient enough to take care of my MacBook or if it is just a cheap imitation that won't do much?

I believe it is made out of Polyurethane

looks cheap + it has no pockets or handle/strap
