Advice needed about going wireless (keyboard)

I'm thinking about buying a wireless Mighty Mouse and keyboard for my iMac, but upon browsing the Apple Store I've hit upon a problem.

What's the difference, if at all, between an 'Apple Wireless Keyboard' and an 'Apple Wireless Keyboard - English'?
