I have been using a Time Capsule as my wireless router in my house for some time now. Works great with basically no problems. It is also my time machine backup.

Only problem was lack of dual band support. I wanted to take advantage of Wireless N with some newer devices (Macbook, etc.) but still need Wireless G for older devices (iPhones, etc.).

I also have need for some better coverage in my house. Too many dead spots.

So today I bought a new Airport Extreme which does do dual band simultaneously. Now I need to figure out how best to use the two devices together.

I want to have simultaneous support for N and G devices. I want to achieve the best coverage throughout my house possible. And I want to continue to use my TC to backup my iMac and Macbook.

Should I use the AX as my primary router and put the TC in another part of the house and use it to extend the network?

Should I use the AX as my primary router but add the TC in bridge mode (might need some help on that one)?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
