Switching from windows to mac, I have found something extremely annoying when using the internet. For example, say several windows are open at a time, its slow to have to open the expose every time, and unless you minimize windows to the desktop, they get 'lost' behind other ones because they do not have a corresponding button on the bottom taskbar like windows. Is there a quicker way to do this? As opposed to using the expose or clicking the 'window' button? If not then it's very irritating.

Also, on youtube, when a playlist is playing and you are not currently viewing the screen, often the video waits until you click back to that tab until the video plays - any way to get it to just carry on without having to constantly click back to it if i want it playing in the background?

Many thanks

Exposé is supposed to make window-switching faster. But there is also Spaces, for managing multiple areas for windows.

You could also press Command+Tab to cycle through running apps (pressing it instantaneously switches to the last used app).

Can't say about Youtube; sorry.
