Hey everyone.

I just got a gig at a non profit org doing their multimedia etc.

We're good on cameras and lights etc, but what I am wondering about is the best way to use our macs.

It is me and another guy and we each have macbook pros and a newer Imac for the interns. We use FCP, and CS4 production premium program wise.

What is the best solution for us to share files, send files to the imac to render either using compressor or adobe's version of it etc?

Would a network drive like a time machine be good, or is there a way we can just use share folders to bum files from each other?

It is a large office with a network, but I am hoping that only he and I would have access to each others files.

Any help would be great, thanks!
