I am about to upgrade my 160 GB factory HDD with a 320 GB drive.

I am currently using Time Machine as a backup. I also have a Carbon Copy Cloner backup. Do I need to use something else to restore the drive when the swap is complete.

I don't want to lose my iTunes ratings, artwork, etc. as well as my files and programs.

Is it best to do a restore or simply backup the files I want and do a clean install on the new drive and add the files I wanted to keep back?

Looking for advice before I do the swap. My 3 years of Apple Care ends in October so that is when I'll be doing the swap. Trying to gather info before hand.
