I know there are a ton of threads on this but as technology updates are constantly coming out..., I am looking for the best note taking app and stylus combo for business needs.

I've had an iPad since the first retina model came out and have used it only to consume media rather than create. I am hoping to replace the old pen and paper portfolio for meetings.

Must have functionality:
- Take script (block text) notes (with my poor penmanship)
- Convert scribed notes to text
- allow diagrams
- export converted text and diagrams (via email)

Nice to have functionality
- Voice recorder
- Voice to text converter
- integration with apple Calendar, mail, iWork's
- integration with MS outlook, office, visio
- prefer a one time fee to subscription based products

Any other useful features you use for business?

Price is not a huge factor in my decision making as long as it's reasonable

Personally I've learnt not to invest too much money into a stylus.

Obviously it's down to taste and disposable income.
