iOS Advice on Cocos2d template Left overs

I actually found the original project's prefix. It was simply titled Prefix.pch, and both files are identical to each other, so I am going to have re-add that file/class to the new project I created. Any recommendations where I should put it? It was outside all of the Xcode folders in the original project, so that's where I will likely place it.
