Advice on companies making innovative accessories compatible

I am looking for some suggestions on companies making the next best thing for use with our Macs. Specifically I am interested in cool wireless devices with a major emphasis on ergonomics and freedom of movement. So things like mice that can be held in your hand in the air or keyboards where the typing is from just a glove, etc. Although I am most interested in mice, typing devices and screens, he list is not confined to these, but just trying to put a bit of an example out there. Looking at that web site. That mouse is cool looking and you can use it in different ways then normal mouse. My bet is it cost a lot of $
