I'm new here and I've done a little searching and can't find an exact answer to my situation:

I want to convert my video from my iMac and my iBook to my 37" LCD HDTV (Vizio) which has a VGA input already on it.

Now, I have a Mini-DVI to VGA adapter already for my iBook, however, the adapter will not work on the Mini-DVI port on my iMac.

My question is: Does anyone know where I can get a cheap alternative to convert Mini-DVI (for my Intel iMac) to VGA with at least 50-75 feet of cable?

Any and all help is appreciated! Thanks!

you can buy an adaptor and then use a standard VGA cable. i suggest the official apple site but i guess you can google it for cheaper...
