Advice on Docks (ext monitors & HDD)

Hi,

I just bought a new MBP 15" and 2 external HDDs.

- A SSD in a external thunderbolt enclosure
- 1TB USB 3.0

I also want to be able to connect 2 monitors as well (atm I have the BenQ XL2410T running on DVI on my PC)

I will also probably be adding another Benq..

What is the best solution to connect all these up to my MBP? Is there a decent dock solution like the Belkin Thunderbolt express (i've heard its ****)? Or am I better off buying the DVi adapters? Is it also possible to run the monitors at their frequencies like 120 or 144hertz?
