I've used my MacbookAir and its cable for 6 years now. The cable on the connector end has just started to fray in this kind of interesting though worrying fashion.
Of course, I could just opt to replace it - it's done it's work. However, if I get a new charger, I'm probably going to feel compelled to get another Macbook, and at this stage, I'm not sure if I want to. I'm looking into other fixes for the time being - possibly sugru or heat shrink tubing? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
