Advice on Macbook 3,1 battery?

I bought a Macbook 3,1 off of ebay with a "new" battery (this was told to me, and it appeared true, no reason why they would lie. ) This is my current Coconut battery reading..

I use my macbook normally, but i rarely turn it off unless it runs out of battery before I make it to a charger.... Is there something I should do (like buy a new battery) or change in my habits to maintain a healthy battery?
