Advice on MBP purchase

I found a MBP for sale and was needing some general advice as in is it a good deal and if there is anything to look out for about the year.

15" 2018
2.6GHz i7
16GB RAM
512GB
Apple care till 2021

Also included:

3' USB-c cable
USB-C - USB adaptor
USB-C universal AV multiport adaptor
Lention 3 port USB hub with memory card slot

$1300

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
