Advice on replacing Super Drive

Hi folks, just need some advice on replacing my Superdrive on my MBP. It is just over 18 months old and refuses to play DVD discs which I find the most frustrating especially when trying to get on FM!

How much are we talking for a good Super Drive which will last longer than this thing in my machine? Also anyone know where to get them from?

You shouldn't need an Apple specific drive, just some slim, slot-loading IDE drive.

Thanks for the advice folks. To be honest I would rather some one would install it in for me who knows what they are doing, as I don't. How much are we talking?
