I have a new MBP and am trying to figure out my networking/backup solution. I need a router for wireless plus wired access to Blue Ray player and Apple TV. I also need an external HD for backup through Time Machine.
Considering- Time Capsule for all in one solution but turned off by bad reviews, putting data on TC permanently if fails
Airport Extreme with 3rd party HD- Seems seamless, but Ive heard TM won't back up to some HD's
Any advice? What HD should I consider that workd well with TM and AEBS?
