Through a horrifying incident that i am yet to recover from about a year ago some liquid (lemsip!) was poured on my 15" MBP. For a while i was able to use it with a mouse but after a while the keyboard failed too and now it seems silly using a laptop with a mouse and keyboard plugged in.

I replaced it and am now looking to sell it. Was just wondering if anyone had any ideas how much money it might be worth? Somebody on eBay offered me £400.

Stats: 15.4 inch, 2.93GHz Core 2 Duo, 4gb RAM, 320gb hard drive.

Everything else seems to work fine, some of the keys on the keyboard work, the speakers, disc drive and screen all work fine. It seems to just be the trackpad and keyboard that took the damage.

As a starting point, you can check Mac2Sell, eBay, or Amazon for prices of similar models, to get an idea of what you may be able to charge. Then adjust your price to account for condition, configuration, remaining AppleCare coverage (if any), etc.
