Carrier Advice on Sprint iPhone 4s Unlock

Has any of you guys have had any success running iOS 7 on Sprint 4s iPhone that has been unlocked to other carriers?(ideally, with 3G signal and without the need for unlock)? What Sim is that? GPP? R-Sim? Gevey?

It's almost impossible to get any Sprint iPhone to work on ANY other network unless for international use.

Not true, up until ios 6 it works on AT&T with a SIM card unlock
