I just switched from an older MacPro to a 27-inch iMac 500GB. I had 4 drives in the MacPro:

-the OS/Applications and some files 500GB drive
- 4TB drive about half full of photos
- 4TB drive half full of videos
- this drive I would rotate between a 4TB of work files about half full and another 4TB of videos drive also about half full

I'm now trying to figure out how to work with the iMac and a couple of thunderbolt docking stations.

1. Is there some enclosure that will allow me to add 2, 3 or even 4 drives and have them all mount at the same time?

2. What is my best way of backing everything up? A separate RAID?

Thanks.
