ADVICE PLS! 30" Apple Display -- $1200 good selling price?

Hey guys

Had a 30" display for 3 years. This month it's out of Applecare, so any future repairs, etc. will cost me dearly.

I'm also convinced Apple will announce a new 30" display soon w/ LED/iSight etc., which would kill the resale value of mine as it stands.

Someone is looking to buy mine at $1200 -- good bargain for me?

I'm looking at selling this and getting a 27" iMac.

You guys have thoughts?

$1299 refurb from apple with a 1 year warranty.
