Advice request: How to go back to Windows?

If you have a tip on how to transition back to Windows OS or best practices for cross platforms, please write it down here.

* I mostly work on plain text files (txt) for notes and they are sync using the cloud.

* For my profession I had favored Adobe programs like Lightroom and InDesign so my work is cross platform.

* I don't use many MacOS apps or applications in general. Sometimes paper still my best option.

I'm planning on fully transitioning to Windows by April/March so I can invest in one of Microsoft's newest Surface releases.

I like the Dock, so I run Rocketdock on Windows, and Desktopcoral to leave space for the dock.
