I recently purchased a wallet case for my phone. A detachable inner case for the phone has an integral metal plate which keeps it firmly attached to the wallet, when inserted, via the latter’s magnets. I then bought a magnetic car phone holder. Because the inner case’s plate has a disc of the metal removed from the middle to allow wireless charging the phone has to be placed on the lower end of the car phone holder rather than on the middle which makes it rather unstable. I was thinking of buying a second holder and attaching it to the air vent adjacent to the one supporting the first one (see photo) and using the two magnets to hold the phone horizontally. Alternatively I could replace my existing holder which has an n45 magnet with a holder with an n52 magnet. Does anyone have experience of using two magnetic holders simultaneously and, if you do, would you recommend it? Is an n52 holder significantly stronger than an n45?
