So been waiting for Vega to release and check the prices before i make my purchase on MBP. Here's the current options that i have:

-Base Model MBP 15" (256gb, 16gb ram, 555x) 2649€ = 3006$
-15" (512gb, 16gb, 560x) 3349€ = 3800€
-15" (512gb, 32gb, Vega 20) 4299€= 4879€

So i have an dilemma.

Most likely the 256gb -model is plenty for my needs, in terms of performance. (Probably going to hook up an egpu for it some time down the line). And mostly my needs are qood quality screen (I do some photo-editing)and Decent performance (Mixing) and 15" screen

My worry is the elephant in the room.... 256gb of storage. It wouldn't be a problem if the ssd would be upgradable.

Why not upgrade it to 512gb then? Because then i would have to go through Apple. And because the 3rd party retailers are competing on the price of the base model MBP. The price is pretty reasonable because of that. If i choose to order from Apple.fi, the same setup costs (With 512gb ssd): 3139€= 3568$ (Might as well go with the 560X variant then)

The Vega and 32gb option is there, because if i choose to pay over 3000€ for an laptop, might as well go big then or go home... And make sure this device is "future proof"

So bascially my worry is that is 256gb gonna be enough? And is there easy way to install some programs, to the external SSD?
