I was offered a Hackintosh with the following specs for $1000 shipped, do you guys think thats a good price?

Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9650 3.0GHz Quad Core 1333 FSB 45nm Yorkfield processor
Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3R socket 775 mainboard

Antec 300 Black Chassis
Antec True Power Trio 550w power supply
8GB DDR-2 800MHz (4 x 2GB) - Corsair I think, but need to confirm what I put in there

LG 22x SATA DVD burner
PCI slot fan speed controller installed for CPU fan
