I have searched on this topic for hours and cannot find a similar scenario. I recently moved and switched from cable to DSL due to lack of cable availability. The phone jack in my living room is 20 feet away from my Xbox 360, Slingbox Pro, and DirectTV HD DVR. I've set up my modem (motorola 2210) in the office, which is a couple rooms over.

I have one of the new AEBS and none of the devices in our house use the N spec. I also have an older Airport Express that was previously streaming music using an old Linksys router at the old house. I'm wondering if there is a way to make my Express the main router for the house and use the Extreme as an access point in the living room since it has the Ethernet ports needed for all my gear.

Or I'm willing to use the Extreme as the router and plug the Express in the living room if I can plug an Ethernet switch into it.

I've found some articles helping with some aspects but none deal with the PPPoE settings that AT&T DSL uses. Any help would be appreciated.
