Can the Airport Extreme Base Station support Windows-based computers with 802.11g cards? I am going to be getting a new PowerBook (*praying for G5 by Feb.*
) with an AP Ext. Card and Base Station, and I want to be able to use it as an access point for other users on campus. I am pretty sure that PC users will have no trouble using it with a 802.11b card (Wi-Fi), but I am unsure about whether they can use it with an 802.11g card. I am contemplating on just getting a LinkSys Wireless-G Access Point, instead of getting a Base Station with my AP Ext. Card. Anyone have an advice?
