AEBS Error 4 (Windows Vista)

Hi, I tried setting up my router using windows. I installed airport that was in the enclosed CD. I'm getting the dreaded Error-4 when ever I try configuring it. I connected my laptop to back of the AEBS and I have the internet. But, I'm still get the the flashing bezel and error 4.

Ive unplugged the modem and AEBS. I also did a reset and nothing.

I have wireless turned off connected to the lan port in the AEBS and the internet works and I'm still getting the flashing light.

I also can connect wireless. But still get the flashing.

I did use the search feature.

Have you tried downloading the AirPort Utility from Apple rather than using the disc? It might be more up to date.
