AEBS Network Difference

Hi,

I was wondering what is the Difference in the network choices?

there is 802.11n (802.11a compatible) and 802.11n (802.11 b/g compatible)? so if choose the second does that mean my network works for computers and laptops that have either N, B and G network cards? And the first one only means for N and A networks?
