AEBS w/ Gigabit & MyBook (again)

I can't seem to be able to transfer larger files onto my MyBook.


I'm getting this error from Windows:

"The specified network name is no longer available"


I have no idea what this means.... anyone have any ideas? Sometimes when I do this I have to restart my AEBS to get my connection back. Is there some restriction on file sizes in AEBS? The file I'm trying to transfer is 700MB. I'm using FAT32 on the MyBook, so it shouldn't be a problem.
