Aero (glass windows) theme for Mac OS X

If anybody know how to made lokking applications windows in Mac OS 10.6 like in Windows 7 - glass.

I'm pretty well know unix systems so it's NO matter how's way complicate.

I don't want Windows 7, I want glass windows in Mac OS X.

Anyway, I don't even know of a theme software for Mac OS X 10.6, once there was software called Shapeshifter from Unsanity, but it was only for Mac OS X 10.4 and earlier.

Btw, what is so attractive about Aero Glass? I always find it too distracting and think, that the muted grey Mac OS X uses is not at all.

There isn't one for snow leopard, but why?

There are two known software shapeshifter and Magnifique that I know. But these won't work on snow leopard.

You can get a linux, and make it look like a mac and add the aero glass transparency

Theming in OSX is extremely limited, basically apple has it so locked down that there's almost non existent.
