Title says it all, cant find it, looking for the theme, like in the picture,
anyone have it or know where to get it? thxs

errrrr, is it possible to change the opacity? aero isn't total transparent. total transparent will make some reading very difficult.
 
Yep

It's called Crystal Clear. I use it. Great looking GUI especially with the fading of windows in the background.
 
I downloaded this theme, and I've been using the "setalphavalue" pkg included, but on apps I have it applied to I can't access them in the menu bar. Anyone else having the same problem?
 
I thought this theme looked really awesome until I installed it. It took me about 2 minutes to not be able to stand it.
 
ok so i now have Crystal Clear, but its not the look i wanted like in the picture
 
I think that might be someone who is running Vista but has installed FlyAKite on it to make it look like mac

i dont think so...the resolution of the image is 800x500, a res that many PC monitors dont support.

Yeah, Flyakite isnt that good, IIRC. Its not bad, it just works within the limits of Windows (read: not very good).
