Has anybody succeeded in getting Aero running on a MacMini? Reading posts in many threads indicates that it should be possible. However, you will need 1GB of RAM and, most importantly it seems, be able to install and use the Intel Lakeport Drivers. Several users has reported that they have successfully installed these drivers on MacBooks. On the Mini, I can install the drivers but the screen goes black during startup.
I have received good advice from many people in other threads, but I still fail, and that's why I start this new thread. Any suggestion is appreciated. (I have managed to get sound working using the by now well-known procedure of extracting the CD with drivers in XP, and networking, CDeject, etc all work fine.)
