Aesthetically pleasing MSN?

I've been looking everywhere for a version of MSN (now Windows Live Messenger) which looks at least half as good as the current Windoze version. I see it on my girlfriends laptop and want to use it 'cause it looks so good, yet nothing looks good on the mac. It's annoying as absolutely everything is SO aesthetically pleasing, I still use iChat for AIM, but MSN is my main messenger and I wanna know if anyone has found an app that actually looks as good as it works and uses MSN client?

WLM looks good? No, and yes, none of the clients on the Mac look very good either, especially if you want video.

just turn off your popup blocker and click on myspace ads it will give you a similar slick looking ad clustered interface.
