System X was such a cool setup back in the G5 era. I remember being amazed by that system, and its still pretty incredible that even after several revisions, VA Tech still has a Mac powered supercomputer (System G). What a different time at Apple, when building the world's most powerful computers was their objective.
Prior to seeing this, I didn't realise they were standard, off the shelf desktop units nor aware of the cost difference.
