AFS on external HD?

I just got a new 10TB external SD. Does it make sense to use the new AFS on it? or stick the the regular?
 
It depends. If the drive in question has to move around from computers to computers, I'd recommend sticking to conventional, whichever that would be in your case.

I was thinking to do Exfat actually so I can go from Windows to Mac is need be.
