After 10.12.4 no message or iPhone call notifications

I still get notifications from websites like MacRumors or Facebook. But, after the upgrade, I don't get a notification of Messages received or when my iPhone is ringing. I assume this also means I can't answer the phone on the Mac.

I don't see how to turn these back on. Can someone help?
