After 2.1 upgrade, sound problem in Toy Bot Diaries

Upgraded to 2.1 this morning, now when I run Toy Bot Diaries, all of the sounds except the music soundtrack are UNPLAYABLY loud and distorted, using the grab hand sounds like an explosion.

I've tried turning down the phone volume, and even gone into Settings and reduced the Ringer volume.

I've tried a few other apps and games, like Cro-Mag and Enigmo, and they all work fine.

I removed the app and reinstalled, but still have the same problem.

Anyone else having this or other sound problems?

Same problem here. Everything else seems to be working smoothly other than Toy Bot Diaries. Shame too, as I'd only purchased it yesterday evening.

same here on 3g and touch also asphault has some screaching sounds.
