after two weeks from downloading the iOS 12 update, apple has finally come clean that they were responsible for me not being able to use WiFi for calling. I spent hours going to the apple store and working with a so called genius and chatting and telephoning apple and the last I heard from jarad a tech supervisor at apple phone number 877-416-4271 ex.1134724 that it wasn’t because of apple and that I was the first to complain just shows how decitfull this person was blaming it on my carrier or my phone co.

To make a long story short I do not have cell service at my location and I rely on WiFi to make calls so it’s been 13 days Before they fixed this issue in the meantime I had to switch from apple and go with Samsung so I could make phone calls I had to turn in my iPhone 7+ and spend more money on a new phone.

Just the fact that WiFi stoped working as soon as the update to IOS 12 should have been notice that there was a problem!!!
