After 5.1 my ringtones and alarms have toned down

Has anyone noticed that ringtones and alarms have been brought down a notch after 5.1. I noticed it when my alarm went off this morning but didnt think much of it, but now that my phone rang its obvious. Still dodnt know if its low enough to worry me.

I noticed but it only appears to be certain ringtones. Maybe the bitrate affects the sound?

I instantly noticed the alarm on the 4S was noticeably louder than my 4 when set at the same volume. Now with this update its the same as my 4 was.
