I’d be down for a throwback to the design of the 4 without the bezels. That said, no one is guaranteed tomorrow. Slow down life, quit wishing on the future, and enjoy the present.
An artist rendering of an unsubstantiated rumor is meaningless, and a waste of our time.

It's funny, someone was just criticizing me on the boards here a couple of weeks ago because I made the observation that Apple could probably fit all of the front-facing camera and FaceID stuff into the bezel. LolThere was also a mockup posted here on macrumors:
