right after alot of testing i can say yes my iphone 4 has the signal problem and i think if people test properly you will have aswell!

put your finger on the bottom left hand black line and make sure you are in poor signal area and you will see your iphone 4 go from 3g to gprs everytime.

really hoping this is a software issue!
